Important Note on Natural Latex
Our natural latex pillows are manufactured using a one-time vacuum foaming process. During this process, air bubbles naturally occur, and marks may be left by the injection holes or mold seams.
As a result, it is completely normal to see small "tear marks," tiny holes, particles, or slight irregularities on the surface after the pillow is removed from the mold. Please understand that a slightly uneven surface is a natural characteristic of latex, not a quality defect, and it will not affect the feel or usage of the product at all.
